Invite your team
Team access in Gamemanage is scoped per server. You invite people to one server at a time, give each person a role, and every action they take is recorded. This is a Pro feature, so you need to be on Pro to see the Team tab and the audit log.
Roles
There are three roles. Pick the lowest one that still lets the person do their job.
- Owner: full control over the server, including team and billing. There is one Owner.
- Admin: can manage the server (console, config and file editing, backups and rollback) but cannot remove the Owner.
- Moderator: read-only-ish access. Can watch live monitoring and the console, but cannot edit config or trigger rollbacks.
Send an invite
Invites go out by email from the server you want to share.
- 1Open the server in the panel and go to the Team tab.
- 2Enter the person's email address.
- 3Choose a role (Admin or Moderator).
- 4Send the invite. They get an email and join that one server once they accept.
Note: Roles do not carry across servers. If someone helps you run three servers, you invite them on each server separately and set the role each time. Inviting them once does not grant access to the others.
The audit log
Every action a team member takes on the server is written to the audit log: console commands, config and file edits, backups, rollbacks, and team changes. Use it to see who did what and when after the fact. Like team roles, the audit log is part of Pro.
