How do I connect a server?
Add the gamemanage resource to your server, paste your panel key into the config, and restart once. The server reports into the panel a few seconds later. Same steps for every game we support.
Which games work on the free tier?
All of them. FiveM, RedM, Rust, CS2, Minecraft and Palworld connect the same way on Starter and Pro. The free tier limits you to one server, not to a shorter list of games.
When do I get charged for Pro?
The Pro trial runs first and asks for a card at the end. Billing is monthly at $19, and you can cancel before the trial ends without paying anything. Cancelling later drops you back to the free tier at the close of the period you already paid for.
Does the price change as I add servers?
No. Pro is $19/mo whether you run two servers or two hundred. There's no per-server fee and no usage meter to watch.
Can I schedule wipes and backups?
Yes. Set a backup schedule, run a one-click wipe, and roll back to an earlier point if an update goes wrong. Backups and wipes are available on both plans; longer retention comes with Pro.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your servers stay connected and your settings stay put. You keep one active server on the free tier, and log retention shortens to the free-tier window. Nothing is deleted the moment you downgrade.
