Incident history

Past incidents, resolved.

What broke, how long it lasted, and what we changed so it doesn't happen the same way again.

Agent gateway dropped connections for about 40 minutes

Agent gateway

A bad config push set the connection idle timeout too low, so agents were disconnected and had to reconnect every few seconds. Server state in the panel went stale during that window, though the servers themselves kept running. We rolled back the config, and gateway timeouts are now part of the pre-deploy checks.

Some Discord webhooks were delayed

Webhooks

The webhook queue backed up after a burst of restart events from a large account. Messages were delayed by up to ten minutes but none were lost. We raised the worker count and added a per-account rate limit so one busy account can't slow delivery for everyone.

Dashboard was slow to load for around 20 minutes

Dashboard

A slow database query on the server list page locked a table during a routine migration. Page loads timed out for accounts with many servers. We finished the migration off-peak and added an index so that query stays fast as accounts grow.
